At the inception of my maturity I was learnt by my parents that no work is tiny. Abiding such ethic I never underestimate any jobs. May be, such ethic imports the loyalty, integrity and pledge our business.

Though I started my journey in construction industry to the post of Supervisor. Yes, the job was very hard as my employer expects from me multitelented performance, such as hand soil excavation to operating machineries. I had no other options but to follow the orders of higher management with various stringency. Initially performing multi tasks bothers me but eventually it brings an another kind of pleasure. I realized every work has an another kinds of test. Dream comes to my mind that does not allow me to sleep pondering how to outset a business in this construction filed. Experience as well as learnings taught me very well that nothing would be swift other than team works.

Anyway after crossing various obstructions, we have finally inaugurated our company naming "Renaissance Infrastructure" and begins our journey.

Though we may have sufficient degrees but a good team with dedicated management boosts to reach at the hill. I never use in my tongue that "my company" rather I say "our company" and our friends/employees are the pillers of our establishment, without column/pillers our establishment is nothing.

In view of these enthusiasm, We pledge taking the hands of our all friends/employees that we must lead in the construction filed of the world beyond our expectations that our dreams will confuse, may we sleep for giving the rest of our body but our dedication will remain sleeplessness till our breath.
