At the early stage of my professional journey, I was taught by my parents that no work is too small. This principle has shaped my perspective ever since—I have never underestimated any task, regardless of its scale. That ethic instilled in me a deep sense of loyalty, integrity, and commitment, which continues to guide our business today.
I began my career in the construction industry as a Supervisor, entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities—from manual soil excavation to operating heavy machinery. The work was demanding, and expectations were high. Initially, the multitasking felt overwhelming, but over time, I found satisfaction in mastering each challenge. I came to understand that every role carries its own test, and every task contributes to a greater purpose.
As my experience grew, so did a dream—one that kept me awake at night, envisioning how to build something of my own in this field. I realized that success is never solitary; it is built through teamwork, resilience, and shared vision.
After overcoming numerous challenges, we proudly inaugurated Renaissance Infrastructure, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Backed by an M-Tech in Geotechnical Engineering and over 19 years of diverse field experience, I bring both academic depth and practical insight to our operations.
While qualifications matter, I believe that a dedicated team and strong leadership are what truly elevate an organization. I never say “my company”—I say “our company.” Our employees and colleagues are the foundation piles of our establishment. Without them, there is no structure; without their strength, there is no progress.
